Get to Know Me

Hi, I’m Ali! I’m the CEO of Parlin Solutions, LLC, where I work with small and growing businesses that have reached the point where success is creating complexity. Whether you’re scaling, refining systems, or preparing for expansion, I step in as your operations partner to bring clarity and structure to what comes next.

I graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 2023, where I started and ran a wellness company for college women. That experience is where my love for entrepreneurship and operations really took off. After graduation, I worked for The Walt Disney Company, learning firsthand how strong customer service systems power great experiences, and later transitioned into corporate marketing. While I learned a ton, I missed the energy of entrepreneurship and working hands-on with operations—so Parlin Solutions was born.

When I’m not working, you can usually find me outside, spending time with family and friends, or planning my next trip. I’m a big believer that building a business should support your life—not take it over—and that’s the mindset I bring to my work with clients.
